Scallan wins Carrick on Suir RallySprint

Graham Scallan won a wet RallySprint At Waterford Airport Business Park organised by Carrick on Suir Motor Club last Sunday.

Driving his Subaru Impreza, the Wexford man was in control from the first timed run on Sunday morning and set the pace throughout . A total of 80 drivers braved the elements as overnight rain continued to fall during the day.

By Sunday evening four runs were completed on the 2.2km track. Scanlan was follwed home by Nicholas Cahill in second and Keith Power in third.
