The Irish Tyre Industry Association (ITIA)  has put together a robust submission to the Road Safety Authority in response to their Public consultation document on part worn tyres.  The Association will continue to be against the sale and fitment of tyres of unknown history and serviceability, on safety grounds.

Kevin Farrell, President commented: “We have sent out the RSA questionnaire to all members. I ask you to fill this in and return it to the RSA.   This is an important opportunity for  the tyre industry to have our say in the standards of our industry and work to make it safer for all involved.”
