NTDA names new CEO
The National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA) in the UK has announced the appointment of Ian Andrew as its new chief executive officer (CEO), taking over from Stefan Hay, who leaves the role in July following a handover period.

An association professional of nearly 20 years’ standing, Andrew was most recently CEO at the Derby-based British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and, prior to that, governance and partnerships director at the Beech Centre in East Yorkshire, responsible for securing government approval to set up the new Institute for Organisational Development.
“I am delighted to be joining NTDA at such an exciting time,” said Andrew. “Stefan Hay moved the association on considerably during his time leading it. My intention is to work closely with members and key partners to ensure that, as a sector, we continue to develop confidence and trust in NTDA members for the professional management of tyres, ensuring we develop better qualified tyre technicians and promote their expertise alongside the highest levels of motorist and tyre safety.”
