Nokian’s WR D3 winter tyre has crossed the finish line as test winner scoring the top rating “highly recommended” in the 2014 winter tyre test by Auto Club Europa ACE, GTÜ, Germany’s largest inspection organization of freelance certified inspectors, and Autoclub ARBÖ Austria.
