Midland Tyres acquires M&M Tyres

The Midland Tyres Group has announced the acquisition of M&M Tyres (Wholesale) Limited, finalised on 20th December 2024.

According to Midland Tyres, this acquisition will enhance its service offering to fleet customers in the greater Louth and Northern Ireland areas, while expanding M&M’s fleet and breakdown services.

Based in Dundalk, M&M Tyres was founded by Kevin McManus and Paul McKean in 2012 with Shane Marks joining as director and shareholder in 2020. Marks will now succeed McManus as managing director of M&M Tyres, following his retirement.
