Manenti leaves Bridgestone as Almazan named North Region, Ireland head

Bridgestone has announced a leadership change to its European operations.

The company has confirmed that Andrea Manenti has left his position as vice president of Bridgestone North Region, as well as his duties as head of Bridgestone’s UK and Ireland operations.

Manenti stepped down from his joint role at the start of February, having been in the position since 2020, successfully navigating the tyre manufacturer through the pandemic.

Meanwhile, Bridgestone said that David Almazan will remain in his role as commercial director, but will now take on the additional responsibility of region head for the UK and Ireland.

Bridgestone also confirmed that Drew Chapman will continue in his position as consumer director.
