Nexen Tire has had its “hugely successful” partnership agreement with Manchester City Football Club extended for a fourth time.
The new deal is expected to run until 2026 and will thus mark over a decade of collaboration by the two parties.
The Korean tyre maker has been in partnership with the current Premier League champions since 2015, and in 2017 became the club’s sleeve partner – a first for a Premier League side. However, the sleeve sponsorship is not part of the renewed deal, and expires at the end of the current season.

The extended partnership will see Nexen Tire continue to engage its marketing initiatives while focusing on its brand identity, “We Got You”.
In addition, as part of their preparations for the 2023/24 season, Manchester City’s men’s team will travel to South Korea, the home of the tyre manufacturer, in July of this year.
In addition, a super-sized LED screen at Man City’s Etihad Stadium will be upgraded.
