The Irish Tyre Industry Association (ITIA) has appointed Percy Foster as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Percy has significant experience at running industry associations and participating in their government and environmental affairs.

Percy’s appointment was welcomed by ITIA president, Kevin Farrell and members of the ITIA National Executive Council. Speaking jointly, the ITIA President and its NEC said:

“We are confident that Percy’s experience and knowledge can help the ITIA to go forward positively for the benefit of all professionally run businesses in all sectors within the Irish tyre industry. We hope that Percy can lead a new spirit of unity and cooperation among all industry stakeholders.”

Speaking after accepting his new role Percy Foster said: “I am delighted to be appointed to the position of CEO for the ITIA ; I believe I can assist the Association and its members to meet the many challenges that face them at present and deliver the best possible outcomes over time. I will be seeking the opinions and ideas of all members on how we can improve and strengthen the ITIA.”
