Goodyear Dunlop profiled its customer support services through the company-backed TruckForce network at the 2013 CV Show at the NEC in Birmingham.  TruckForce provides commercial vehicle tyre service and roadside support across Europe and helps vehicle operators get the best from their tyre investments.

This was the first time that TruckForce, which in the UK is the only dedicated truck tyre service and breakdown support provider, has taken part in the show with its own dedicated stand.  On the stand, the strength of the TruckForce service offering was highlighted as much as the products around which this service is based: the aim of the organisation being to prolong tyre life, reduce tyre budgets and above all else, to keep customers’ fleets on the road.

Across Europe, the 2000-strong TruckForce network provides a 24/7 service, 365 days a year, working with fleets of all sizes.  TruckForce is part of the wide customer support programme offered by Goodyear Dunlop with includes FleetOnlineSolutions and FOS Mobile, the internet-based fleet management system; ServiceLine 24h roadside assistance, and Goodyear Dunlop Retreading, which extends tyre life and reduces costs while maintaining tyre performance.
