First Stop has carried out a dealer survey collecting ideas and opinions from a sample of its members on how the network should be developed. The survey was carried out between April and June and concluded with a meeting of a small group of dealers in Dublin to validate the results.
The conclusions drawn from this process will be used to shape a new First Stop “dealer package” which it is hoped can help to improve the network members’ profitability, increase awareness of the First Stop brand, both locally and nationally, and deliver an improved offering to motorists and fleet customers.
The improved First Stop dealer package will offer more support to the network’s members and offer wider availability of tyre and diversified products at competitive prices.
First Stop believes that the process of consultation and involvement of the partners; is key to understanding the best way forward for all parties. First Stop is the largest chain of tyre and car service centres in Ireland which includes some Bridgestone owned Fast Fit outlets.
