Bridgestone has increased its presence in Ireland after Co. Waterford operator Dungarvan Transport chose the company to be the supplier for all of its fleet needs.

As part of the new contract, Bridgestone will be providing a combination of new and retread tyres for Dungarvan’s 70-strong fleet of vehicles. Thanks to Bridgestone’s comprehensive online monitoring system, the company will be able to view the ongoing performance and cost of each fleet vehicle in real-time.

The agreement with Dungarvan follows hot on the heels of no fewer than five fleet contract extensions with Bridgestone Northern Region, further cementing Bridgestone’s strong position in the marketplace.
