Bridgestone wins Honda award
Bridgestone has received the Honda UK Manufacturing Ltd (HUM) Supplier Award 2013 for Delivery Performance in the UK. The award was presented to Bridgestone at the HUM Annual Supplier Convention held at their Swindon manufacturing plant in the UK on 1st October.

Bridgestone extends new regional truck tyre range
Bridgestone is adding to the newly-developed R-STEER 001 and R-DRIVE 001 truck tyres, currently available in size 315/80R22.5. Additional dimensions for the R-STEER 001 will be available in sizes 295/80R22.5, 315/70R22.5 and 385/65R22.5, while the R-DRIVE 001 will also be available in 295/80R22.5 as well as 315/70R22.5.

Bridgestone Potenza S007 OE on new Ferrari F12berlinetta
Bridgestone has developed a new super sports car tyre, the Potenza S007, as original equipment for the 2013 Ferrari F12berlinetta. Delivery of the tyre, size 255/35 ZR20, to the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy, started in May 2013.

Bridgestone tops summer tyre test
In its latest issue (03/2013) ADAC magazine tested 19 summer tyres for small vehicles using the popular 185/60 R15 size. The tests focused on characteristics such as performance in dry and in wet conditions, noise, fuel efficiency and rolling resistance. The Turanza T001 performed well with an overall rating of “good”.
