BKT launching new rubber track series at Bauma
BKT is currently exhibiting at the Bauma construction and industrial machinery trade show in Munich, showcasing its broad selection of tyres developed to readily meet the complex needs of these highly challenging sectors in terms of operations.
Through 13th April at booth 215 in Hall A6, the focus lies on BKT’s latest addition: the Multiforce BK T92, the brand-new rubber track series designed for material handling applications in industrial and construction environments.
This new series features a tread made of a compound that ensures maximum resistance against cuts and tears, as well as having a special design that provides superior handling and traction, on both paved surfaces and uneven terrain.
To accompany the new track, BKT is displaying its flagship products from the Earthmax range, which are designed for use in mining and for loading, levelling and earthmoving applications. Namely, the Earthmax SR 468 for rigid transport trucks having a unique tread design made of a special compound that makes it perfect for excavation operations on hard, rocky and rough terrain; and the Earthmax SR 53, which is suitable instead for operations at underground mines and demolition sites.
Also starring in this area is the BKT Sport Village, where fans and sports enthusiasts can try their hand at mini-basketball challenges and win balls, play grab machines to win gadgets, as well as snap memories with Euroleague and Eurocup trophies – of which BKT is a sponsor – and with full-size cardboard cards of players.
“We wanted to go big at Bauma this year. This is why we are present in several parts of the trade show with a wide selection of products on display that are designed to meet the multiple needs of such complex and challenging branches,” said Lucia Salmaso, managing director, BKT Europe.
“This proofs our commitment and determination to provide high-quality solutions for such a dynamic industry, but it is also an opportunity to strengthen our global presence and listen to our customers’ needs, with the goal of aiming higher and higher in terms of innovation and sustainability.”
BKT’s exhibition space at Bauma 2025 extends even further alongside its tyres: at Entrance West of the exhibition centre, visitors will be welcomed by the Earthmax SR 459 and Earthmax SR 55, two tyres designed for machinery operating in harsh conditions such as quarries and mines.
