Avon adds two new tyre lines

Avon Tyres has this month added two brand-new tyre lines – the Ranger HTT and the Ranger ATT – to its burgeoning off-road offering.

Providing excellent ride quality and high-speed stability, the Ranger HTT is a premium 4×4 and SUV tyre, which is suitable for both on-road and off-road driving.

The high performance tyre’s tread pattern combines a number of elements to deliver excellent wet and dry handling, as well as ensuring even wear.

Stepped Tread Elements (STE) allow for increased tread block stiffness which improves tyre handling and traction in the dry, while the HTT’s side tread pattern provides effective water dispersion, improving wet weather handling.

The tyre also boasts an asymmetric tread design, promoting even and reliable tread wear, whilst maintaining high-performance handling.

The Ranger ATT is a high-performance 4×4 tyre, which provides exceptional performance on all terrains, thanks to a tread design that delivers strong wet weather road holding, maintaining off-road performance.

Meanwhile, a solid rib – strategically placed through the centre of the tyre – aids steering response and improves handling in the most challenging of conditions.

STE provides superior dry traction and handling, making the Ranger ATT the perfect general purpose all-terrain tyre for 4×4 users.

The Ranger high-performance 4×4 series boasts superb handling characteristics and excellent stability at high speeds, both on-road and off-road, delivering comfort and confidence in equal measure.

The Ranger HTT is both H and V speed rated and is available in 4×4 and SUV sizes ranging from 16 to 18 inch, while the Ranger ATT is available to buy in 4×4 sizes ranging from 15 to 17 inch. Both tyres are available now.
