A Co.  Antrim farmer is enjoying his day job even more after taking delivery of a new set of tractor tyres following success at the annual Goodyear Agri Club draw.

Ivan Anderson, of Rasharkin Co Antrim, joined Goodyear’s dedicated advice service for farmers, the Agri Club, in February 2012 and just eight months later was the lucky member to have his name picked out of the hat at the British Ploughing Championships in October 2012.  His prize was £2000 of Goodyear Optitrac  radial tyres which he has now had fitted to his Massey Ferguson MF6480 tractor thanks to Goodyear Agri Team dealer for the whole of Ireland, JB Tyres.

The Goodyear Agri Club, which launched in 2009, provides farmers with information on the full range of Goodyear Farm Tyres and keeps them regularly updated on the latest tyre developments.

In addition to the annual draw, Goodyear Agri Club membership also has other benefits, including a voucher that gives up to £150 off a set of OPTITRAC Radial Drive tyres and access to technical advice from Goodyear’s Farm Tyre team – who regularly visit member farms to provide “on the farm” tyre advice and support.
