Advance Pitstop has rolled out of its new brand identity, ‘BestDrive’ by Continental.
The rebrand forms part of an investment of over €2.5 million in the Irish business by Advance Pitstop’s parent company, Continental AG. A key component of the rebrand sees a comprehensive upgrade to the customer facilities available in each of the 29 branches across Ireland, as the company positions itself for further growth and business expansion in the Irish market in the coming years. Service enhancements include operating a fully digitalised branch to ensure efficient tracking of the work on each vehicle and the recent introduction of free car sanitisation with all full car services across the network.
Commenting on the rebrand, Paddy Murphy, managing director of the newly named BestDrive by Continental business in Ireland said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of BestDrive by Continental in Ireland. BestDrive by Continental is the retail arm of Continental AG across Europe and is a new name and customer experience for the Irish motorist. The company has invested over €2.5m in the upgrade of our 29 branches nationwide for both our valued customers and staff. We are confident that the enhanced customer experience, along with our technical expertise, will allow us to continue to grow in the Irish Market over the coming five years. Our mission is to open a considerable number of new outlets across the country in that time period.”
Advance Pitstop’s business focus will remain on its customers and staff. Employing over 210 staff across 29 retail outlets, the company operates full maintenance and service facilities, six days a week to cater for the Irish motoring public. The company currently handles in excess of 155,000 customers each year for maintenance, tyres and car servicing across all car makes and models including hybrid and electric vehicles. In addition, Advance Pitstop operates a number of dedicated truck facilities along with two wholesale operations that will also now operate under the new BestDrive by Continental brand.
